Every compound. Explained plainly.
An open, deep library on the 8 compounds a Meridian physician may consider — mechanisms of action, pharmacology, the current evidence, and what the FDA has and has not evaluated.
Educational content only. Every treatment decision is made independently by a licensed physician after review of an individual’s health history, goals, and clinical evaluation.
Concierge Care, Not a Catalog
Meridian Vitality is a personalized health and longevity platform. Every member’s care runs through the same standard: a structured program, an independent physician evaluation, and longitudinal monitoring of progress.
You begin with a program and a goal — not a predetermined medication bundle. Therapies are tools a licensed physician may select, only when clinically appropriate for you.
- 01
Choose a Program
Start with your health goals. Each Meridian program is a structured, longitudinal plan of care — not a single product.
- 02
Independent Evaluation
Complete a comprehensive medical and lifestyle intake and any required laboratory testing. A licensed physician independently evaluates whether treatment is appropriate.
- 03
Provider-Selected Therapies
When appropriate, your provider may select supporting therapies — none, one, or several — and monitors adherence, response, and progress over time.
What a compounded medication is — and isn’t
Compounding is the practice of preparing a medication for an individual patient’s prescription. It exists so a physician can prescribe a formulation that a commercial manufacturer does not offer — and so the FDA can regulate mass-market drug approval separately from the individualized preparation of compounded medications.
503A pharmacies
Compound medications on individual prescriptions written by a licensed prescriber for a specific patient. Governed by state boards of pharmacy and USP compounding chapters.
Sterility & stability
Injectable compounds are prepared under USP <797> sterile-compounding standards. Formulations are stability-tested per USP <795>/<797> and shipped cold-chain when required.
Not FDA-approved
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality before they are marketed. That is why a licensed physician makes the decision individually.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review compounded medications for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality before they are marketed. The availability of a treatment depends on the prescribing provider’s independent medical judgment, pharmacy availability, applicable law, the individual’s medical history, and other clinical considerations.
Potential benefits are not guaranteed. Individual results vary. Meridian Zenith™ is a proprietary Meridian Vitality program name for a compounded oxytocin / bremelanotide formulation.
